Litmus test for cops

I think anyone who wants to be a cop should first be required to work retail for a few years to develop their self-control. Preferably somewhere where they're the only white person for miles, to teach them not to be racist. And then send some white Karens to where they work so they learn that anyone of any race can be a shitty customer.

And if they fail their self control and get fired from the retail job for being rude (or worse) to a customer or are racist to a fellow employee, then they're not allowed to ever be a cop or security officer anywhere in the country.

Yea I mean even to join the police as a dog or horse there’s a high bar for self-control.

Maybe in your country, but the ones in the US are racist and ableist pricks who shoot first and ask questions later.
