Idiots misusing shopping carts.

There were a couple shopping carts across the street from the store today. One was full of garbage, and some idiot tossed more in. I should've kicked his ass or at least yelled at him for being such a dickbrained fuckweasel, but I didn't. I just took the carts back to the store.
