OMG scary science

You know how some people will say things like "Coca Cola is toxic because it has phosphoric acid in it"? Well aside from being stupid "oh it's sciencey so it's scary" bullshit, it just occurred to me that saying stuff like "product X is dangerous because it's got Y use" is a lot like saying lemons will kill you because you can use them as batteries.

In other news, trying to have a coherent thought, and trying to communicate it clearly, when one is as tired as I am, is very difficult.
