Oh my fucking GODDESS, I've been trying for like 20 minutes to find the option to live-chat with a human being on the Comcast website, which I know can be done because I've fucking done it before, but their website is such a poorly-designed pile of festering cat shit and dog vomit that I can't fucking FIND the damn thing. Even looking up how to do it on fucking Google, I STILL can't figure out where it is. I hope their fucking CEO's genitals catch fire and fall off!

RE: Comcast
Jun. 9th, 2015 07:31 amRE: Fighting for half an hour to find the LiveChat on Comcast; finally had to use the website's search for LiveChat, because nowhere on that site are there any links to it. What a shitty fucking website!
The problem I was wanting help with was: I wanted to sign up for paperless billing, the website said I already had, and yet I've been receiving paper bills anyway. Fought with the Comcast rep for an hour, nothing got accomplished. They seemed incapable of understanding what was going on, and claimed they could do nothing about it. Which is a familiar experience for me; Pacific Power does the same bullshit, and has for years. No matter how hard I try, I can never get that clusterfuck unfucked.
Contrast that to Verizon, where I signed up for paperless billing for the first time; took me less than 2 minutes to find their LiveChat, connected right away, it took the lady on the other end less than a minute to read my request and grant it, and for the verification email to come in. Excellent service!
Granted, they didn't have a link anywhere on their website to sign up for paperless billing, which is why I had to look for their LiveChat, but still, MUCH better than Comcast.
