I prefer the idea that they get charged the full medical bills (and standard amount of death & disability) for the folks they infect.

putting them at the end of the line for treatment would be nice, but might be hard to pull off.

However, there *are* laws (thanks to Typhoid Mary) that would allow them to be *forcibly* quarantined once they have it.
