So, it took Cheeto Mussolini for y'all dipshit liberals to figure out what leftists have known since nukes were first invented? Well, better late than never, I suppose.
Personally, I like the proposal I heard from this one guy from a cool history lesson. He proposed that the codes for the nukes should be stored in an implant in a volunteer's body, this volunteer hangs around the President at all times, they become friends, and then the President has to murder the volunteer themselves to retrieve the nuke codes, meaning they have to personally take a human life in order to launch the bombs to end thousands of other human lives.
Though I think that proposal doesn't go far enough. It should apply to ALL war. You want to bomb people of color in other countries for oil or some other capitalistic venture? You want to topple democratic governments for your war-mongering evil empire? Every single drone strike, every single bomb, every single ordering of troops should require the President to personally murder a volunteer they've made friends with.
Only problem with that is, Trump would have done so. He doesn't care about anyone but himself.
