Yes, well, saying "I hate women" is hate speech. (and hopefully my examples here won't get flagged by idiotic Facebook.) Meanwhile, saying "I hate men" is the lament of a long-suffering oppressed person expressing their displeasure. Just how black people hating white people is also not hate speech, it's just oppressed people expressing their displeasure of their oppressors.
Hate speech is only hate speech if it has the support of oppression. Something Facebook desperately needs to learn that lesson. I once got spanked by their algorithm for hate speech against *Christians.* I live in the US. Claiming *anything* said against Christians to be hate speech is as absurd an idea as saying that complaining about politicians is terrorism. Which I'm sure isn't far off, at the rate we're going. Especially if another Republican ever gets elected, I'm sure they'll make it illegal to say anything negative about a politician just as soon as they can manage to force it through as a law with the same force they use to ram their male members into the various openings of the "party favors" at whatever new location has replaced Epstein Island.
