Twitter crossposting update
Oct. 24th, 2010 02:23 pmJust changed my Twitter crossposting settings, since I don't tweet much. Here are the changes:
1. No more LJ cut. This way you don't have to click on the cut just to find there's only 1 or two tweets in there. If I do have a day where I tweet a lot (it happens), I will put it under a cut manually (so bear with me if it takes me some time).
2. Livejournal is now doing my tweets, at noon. I'm assured this will NOT crosspost back to Twitter or Facebook, ending the "endless loop" problem.
3. Dreamwidth will still be getting my tweets from Twittinesis, but it no longer crossposts by default. This works out well because the tweet posts were the only ones I needed to crosspost by default, since I rarely post via text. In future, if I post by text, I will send the post to both accounts. But it also means the tweet posts will be different, and posted at different times (LJ does theirs at noon, Twittinesis does theirs at like 3 or 4 AM.)
